These terms govern your use of AURCRYA and any order you place with us. We keep them plain on purpose. If anything here conflicts with your local consumer law, that law applies.

By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who We Are

3. Products & Pricing
- Product photos are for reference. Colors and proportions may vary slightly from the piece you receive due to screen settings and the hand-finished nature of jewelry.
- Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping and any import duties unless stated otherwise.
- We may correct pricing errors and update prices at any time. If we discover an error after you order, we will notify you before processing.
4. Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the order once it is confirmed and paid. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable or a payment issue arises, and will refund you in that case.
Payments are processed through our checkout provider SureCart. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details at checkout.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We do not offer free shipping — shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and method. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your local rules before ordering, as we cannot predict or prepay these charges.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within the window stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy. For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced items cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Please review that policy before ordering.
7. Intellectual Property
The site, its content, design, product photography, and trademarks are owned by AURCRYA or its licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, or reuse them without written permission.
8. Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us.
9. Disclaimer
Our jewelry is sold as decorative personal goods. Except as required by applicable law, the site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Material and care details are described to the best of our knowledge; minor variations are inherent to handmade pieces.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AURCRYA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
