Returns & Refunds – AURCRYA

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery​ on items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition​ with the kraft card included.

How to start a return​

Email [email protected]​ with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll reply with return steps within 2 business days.

Refunds​

Once the return arrives and passes the unused check, we refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Earrings & hygiene​

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.​ Necklaces and unpierced items follow the standard 14-day rule.

Faulty or wrong item​

If your order arrives damaged, plating-off, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We cover return postage and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Sale items​

Items marked Final Sale are non-returnable unless faulty.
